Cellulite Removal without Cosmetic Surgery?!?

If you have not heard of dry skin brushing, you are missing out!  It almost seems too good to be true and the first time I heard about it years ago, I thought it sounded ridiculous.  It's this easy: Use a dry brush, kinda of like a nail brush to literally, brush your skin. 

Here's the skinny: Your skin is your largest organ, absorbs about 60% of what you slather on it and is responsible for 10-15% of waste removal.  (Speaking of which...maybe you should read labels before slathering that fruity lotion all over it!)  Brushing your skin stimulates your lymphatic system, which is what cleanses toxins and waste from your body.  Simply by stimulating this, you can lose weight, detoxify, increase blood circulation, reduce/remove cellulite and have more radiant, toned skin to boot!

Sounds crazy?  I know!  Don't believe me?  Do your own research.  It works.  My personal skin brush was less than $5 from Amazon.  It's basically a nail brush that fits in my palm.

Here's how to do it:  Start at your feet and work your way up as soon as you get out of bed in the morning.  Brush your toes, your feet and work your way up to your legs, sweeping the brush upwards.  Keep going until your whole body is done!   Claims have been made as to whether you should do it in upward sweeps or in a circular motion....I switch it up.  Some people claim you brush towards your heart, others say just keep going up.  I just think it's easier when you get above your heart to sweep down towards it.  However you do it, it will make a difference.  Make skin brushing a part of your daily morning routine!  Really, it takes all of 5 minutes.  It's easy.  It's quick.  It can change your life.
